Zaple Terms of Service

Welcome to Zaple (the "Service"), a SaaS product provided by Zaple Global Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Zaple provides a unified platform for WhatsApp Business API solutions, including, but not limited to:

• Template management
• Unified team inbox
• AI-powered automation
• Campaign broadcasting
• Customer management tools
• Analytics and reporting
• Property management add-ons

We may update or modify the Service from time to time, including adding or removing features.

3. User Accounts

a. Account Creation:

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

b. Account Use:

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

c. Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the Service

a. Permitted Use:

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

b. Prohibited Activities:

You may not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam).
• Exploit the Service for malicious purposes, including hacking or phishing.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the Service’s source code.

All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to Zaple Global Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Zaple may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions, data handling, or security practices of these third parties.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the Service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. No Warranty:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

b. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaple Global Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zaple Global Technologies harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Dubai, U.A.E.

b. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Dubai,U.A.E.
